About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our real estate sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in sales and real estate.
The role will focus on communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic information about properties/projects.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and timeline.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects.
- Schedule appointments and property/site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives and update them on qualified leads.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospective customers.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or real estate is preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates with prior real estate telecalling experience will be preferred.
